Social Anxiety Information

Social Phobia/Social Anxiety Association members are encouraged to join the free Social Anxiety Mailing List which carries current therapy information and member messages. 

We are trying to encourage and support new cognitive-behavioral therapy groups for social anxiety through the Social Anxiety Mailing List and these web pages.

As more people become aware that "social anxiety" has been the problem they have been living with for years, we hope that cognitive-behavioral therapy groups will grow. 

The mailing list keeps you up to date on information about social phobia/social anxiety and CBT groups that may be forming in your area of the world.  

The audio therapy series "Overcoming Social Anxiety: Step by Step" is available now.  This twenty (20) hour audio series contains cognitive and behavioral therapy directly aimed at beginning the process of overcoming social anxiety disorder.   You can read complete details concerning this comprehensive CBT audio therapy series here.

The Social Phobia/Social Anxiety Association is also seeking donations of all kinds to further its educational work.  We have been able to do little more than provide internet informational services due to budgetary constraints. 

Currently, the SP/SAA has no employees, no financial resources, and is run and supported by volunteers from the Social Anxiety Institute (SAI) in Phoenix.   Thank you to everyone who has volunteered over the years!
